Terms
A non-returnable, non-transferable, deposit of £50 per person is required to secure each booking. The balance can be paid during your stay, but we reserve the right to bill you for the full amount if you give us insufficient notice to re-let the room. Please make cheques payable to 'Beth Eden'. Debit cards accepted free of charge, credit cards with a surcharge. Rooms ready from 2pm, vacating of rooms by 10am. Single supplements apply to single occupancy of certain rooms, see our room list for details.
Group Rates
We are happy to take groups of up to 32. We offer discounted rates for groups of 10 or more, and offer exclusive use of the guest house for groups of 20 or more in the low season. Many groups choose to come at weekends in the low season.
Low Season
10-19 people: 5% discount to normal rates (above), does not apply to special offers.
20+ people:
- Flat rate of £100 per adult for Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon (includes Friday evening meal, Saturday breakfast and evening meal, Sunday breakfast and lunch).
- Flat rate of £135 per adult for Friday afternoon until Monday morning (includes Friday evening meal, Saturday breakfast and evening meal, Sunday breakfast, lunch and high tea, and Monday breakfast).
High Season
10+ people: 5% discount
Children's Rates
Families with children are welcome. Children are charged at the following discounted rates, which apply to all the above prices:
- Under 5 years old: Free
- Ages 5 - 10: 30% of adult rate
- Ages 11 - 18: 50% of adult rate if sharing same room as full rated adult(s). If 11 - 18 year olds are not sharing with an adult then 75% of adult rate applies.
