Rooms
All our rooms are unique, named after local areas and features. We have single, twin, double and family rooms on three floors. All rooms are centrally-heated and have digital colour television, a hair dryer, alarm clock, and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests have their own keys, with access to their rooms all day. Iron and board are available on request.
Wi-Fi internet access is available at an extra charge of £5 for your whole stay.
Ground floor
Swallow Falls
A spacious standard rear single room with a washbasin in the room, a toilet immediately outside, and a bathroom with bath and shower upstairs. A dressing gown is provided. It's location makes this room suitable for people with limited mobility, as long as they are able to climb stairs for the bathroom. See our access statement for further details.
Bodnant
A double en-suite rear room accessed through a single bedroom, therefore suitable for use as either a double or a twin, or by a family of three.Suitable for people with limited mobility, but not dependent on the use of a wheelchair within the room. See our access statement for further details.
Portmeirion
A compact single en-suite rear room, fitted with grab rails, making this room suitable for people with limited mobility, but not dependent on the use of a wheelchair within the room. See our access statement for further details.
First Floor - Hedgerow Landing
Owls
A spacious twin bedded en-suite sea view room with a large bay window overlooking the Conwy estuary.
Poppies
A double en-suite sea view room, decorated in a poppies theme.
Butterflies
A spacious single en-suite rear room, with a butterfly theme.
Wild Flowers
A double en-suite rear room, with space for a single fold-out bed.
First Floor - Lakes Landing
Padarn
A double en-suite sea view room, with a wide view over to Snowdonia and Anglesey.
Crafnant
A spacious twin bedded en-suite sea view room with a large bay window overlooking the Conwy estuary to Conwy Mountain and the Carnedd Range.
Ogwen
A double en-suite rear room, with room enough for an extra child bed if required.
Gwynant
A twin bedded rear en-suite room.
Second Floor - Castles Landing
Beaumaris
A light and spacious double en-suite sea view room with beautiful views to front and side of the house, including over to Beaumaris on Anglesey.
Conwy
A standard room with a double and single bed, which can be used as a double, twin, or family room for three. Washbasin in the bedroom. Dressing gowns provided. Stunning views of sea and mountains.
Harlech
An en-suite single rear room, with a fine view up the Great Orme.
Caernarfon
A standard family room, with a double bed and bunk beds (and room for a third child bed if required). Good views of the Great and Little Ormes and over the town. Washbasin in the room.
Conwy and Caernarfon share the use of a bathroom (with a bath) on this landing, and also have the use of the bathroom on the landing below which includes a shower over the bath.
